Questions about a payment
Card payments are processed securely by Stripe, and the charge appears on statements as CURRICULUMFOUNDRY. If you don't recognise a charge, or a resource hasn't arrived, email hello@thecurriculumfoundry.co.uk with the date and amount and we will resolve it quickly. Please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank, as almost every query can be fixed the same day.
Schools and trusts
Schools can order without a card: place your order by invoice at checkout, and we confirm by email, deliver the resources, then invoice your finance office with payment by BACS within 30 days. Purchase order references are welcome. Department bundles and whole-school licence enquiries: order@thecurriculumfoundry.co.uk.
